Update: new Environmental Compliance Plan for 38 residential lots approved in June 2011. No notice to the public given by DOE.

Aqua World is owned, at least in part, by the family of Jose Coye, a former minister under the People's United Party.

The original Aqua World ECP was approved in January 2008 and signed by Aqua World and the Department of the Environment on 4 July 2008.

The new Aqua World ECP was approved in June 2011, again, without notice to the public.
